I am passionate about good quality psychological research, and that quality is something that I am never willing to compromise on.

In my research journey I started out assisting with neuroscience projects as an undergraduate student before taking on my own MSc project investigating how maternal post-partum depression affects the neural correlates of autobiographical memory in the offspring. This is published here: LINK

I then worked as a graduate research assistant on a project investigating the causal involvement of the ventrolateral prefrontal cortext in the intentional and automatic regulation of emotion. I presented this work at the annual meeting of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society in San Francisco in 2013.

The next project I was involved in was a study on longitudinal aspects of emotion regulation in older adults (edit!).

I went on to complete
