Meine Leidenschaft ist es, Menschen über die Psychologie und Neurowissenschaft von Emotionen und sozialen Beziehungen aufzuklären. Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, dass das Verständnis dafür, wie unser Gehirn die Welt wahrnimmt, was Emotionen sind, wie sie entstehen und wie sie sich auf das tägliche Leben auswirken, sowohl Einzelpersonen als auch Teams in die Lage versetzen kann, ihr emotionales Erleben zu gestalten, zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen zu verbessern und Verständnis, Vertrauen und Widerstandsfähigkeit zu schaffen.
