Join The Journal Club!
Join The Journal Club and improve your scientific literacy! At our monthly meetings I will either prepare a webinar to teach you about aspects of science such as how papers are structured and should be read, a basic understanding of statistics and study design, or we will go through a peer-reviewed paper together and critically evaluate it. That way you will get better at reading papers, judging their quality and you will gain insight into the findings of psychological research. Our (hopefully) lively discussions will be a fun, informal way to learn and connect with others who value evidence-based psychology as much as you do!
The Journal Club is for anyone who wants to be able to read papers independently, to provide evidence-based service for clients or patients, or even for your studies or academic job.

As a VIP member of The Journal Club you will have access to live journal clubs. You will receive e-mails with the journal paper that will be discussed for preparation. You will have access to a discussion board for questions before and after each journal club meeting. You will also be able to ask questions related to the scientific method or related papers or topics you come across.
